so it's been a while

hello everyone...
i know, i know. dang nate, it's been SOOOO long since my last post. what can i say? i've lost that bloggin feelin. hmmmm. so, i thought i would write something. i got a job (actually 2). applebees and best buy. yikes, what am i getting myself into?? lol. oh well, money in my pocket :) my plans right now are to save enough so that i will be able to move and find a job elsewhere. it's getting pretty obvious that i'm not supposed to work in the dayton area. haha. so, we'll see where this leads. i dont know when i will make my next post, hopefully soon. my problem is not knowing what to write about... so, i'm planning on finding some good topics and writing about them, whether this happens or not, i have no clue. but anyway... i will post again soon... i think. lata

an overdue post

I know that I am WAY over due for a post. I really haven't been in much of a blogging mood lately. apologies. but i know that a new entry will make my friend Kim very happy. :) anyways, to catch some of you up to date... my job at the university of dayton didn't work out. Man, i was REALLY bummed that I didnt get that job. But, luckily I have some good friends there to remind me that God has something better for me (liz and matt, just to name a couple... thanks!) I'm really learning patience though. which is a good thing. In other news, i am running consistantly now! i know, shocking right? but it's true. i actually ran 4.5 miles at John Bryan yesterday with matt. NUTS. i would have never thought in a million years that i would run that far. if it weren't for matt, i DEFINATELY would not have :) I'm also reading a book called "The Ragamuffin Gospel" It's a great book if you havent read it, and i would suggest it. Brennan Manning (author) speaks a lot of grace. His way of thinking gives grace a little more meaning than what i have thought it to be. But anywho, not really a whole lot else goin on right now... chillin like a villin. so, until my next entry.... lata!

summer has FINALLY arrived!! woooohooooo. it's about friggin time. warm temps, hot sun, swimming, cookouts, ice cream.... I CANT WAIT.
